The Foundation carries out conferences with its various members which aim to communicate the scientific knowledge of sleep to the entire population. Raising awareness of the importance of sleep and all the factors that affect sleep is one of the top priorities of the Foundation.
Currently the conferences focus on two specific groups: Executives and top athletes. The main intention of the conferences is to clarify the primary elements of a restful sleep. In this way you can improve your performance on both physical and mental level, the following day.
