There are also bad habits, the more widespread use of electronic devices before bedtime, causing a delay of sleep. And the most important point is the different perception of the feeling of fatigue and daytime sleepiness among the most morning and evening more children: those who are less noticeable consequences morning the next day. By contrast, evening more noticeable fatigue and sleepiness although they are equally short of sleep.
